We stand behind every piece. If something isn't right, here's exactly how we make it right.
30-Day Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Return
Email returns@hype.shop with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label within one business day. Drop the package at any carrier location.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. You'll get an email confirmation.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Place a new order and return the original — it's the fastest way to get what you want before stock moves.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, underwear, and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost — no return needed for damaged goods.
International Returns
International orders can be returned but customers cover return shipping. Customs duties already paid are non-refundable.
