Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how, when, and where we ship.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.
Domestic Delivery (South Africa)
Standard delivery: 2–5 business days to major metros, 4–7 days to outlying areas. Express delivery available at checkout for next-day in Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban.
International Delivery
International orders ship via tracked courier and typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
Shipping Costs
Flat-rate domestic shipping. Free standard shipping on orders over $100 (or local equivalent). International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the order total.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected window, email shipping@hype.shop with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
